Does this sound familiar?

Do you experience nagging back, neck, or shoulder pain that just won't go away?

Chronic aches and pains can be a sign that your body is out of balance. Chiropractic care can help realign your body, ease discomfort, and prevent issues from worsening over time.

Is it becoming harder to move freely, bend, or turn without feeling stiff or sore?

Reduced flexibility can impact your daily life more than you realise. Chiropractic adjustments are designed to restore healthy movement and support better posture and alignment.

Are frequent headaches or migraines interfering with your day-to-day activities?

Tension headaches often stem from issues in the neck, shoulders, or spine. Gentle chiropractic treatment can help relieve the pressure, ease symptoms, and support long-term relief.

New Clients

First things first, we need to get to know you.
We do this over two appointments.
Your initial consultation will include a medical history review, extensive physical examination, orthopaedic testing, digital posture assessment, InBody assessment, Functional Movement Screen, and if needed digital X-rays. This will form a complete assessment which we call our wellness score.
The next appointment is a report of findings where we go through your results and explain our findings so that you can understand your health better. From here we present a bespoke care plan. All being well, we can start your treatment.

Chiropractic Care

Now comes the fun part, Chiropractic! Chiropractic care is delivered differently to each person as no one is the same. Sometimes it involves manual adjustments which are gentle applications of pressure to different joints in the spine and periphery, stimulating the nervous system. Sometimes it involves some extra gadgets and sometimes is can include soft tissue work. It always comes with care, attention and open communication.
